Description
Term and Condition:
- Price including toll, fuel, professional driver and on-board passenger insurance.
- Price including professional English/Malay/Mandarin Speaking Tour Guide.
- Price quoted based on above usage only. Additional works or any extra usage will be charge additionally.
- The vehicle and passengers are covered by basic insurance. Additional insurance is the responsibility of the client.
- All prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel costs, or unforeseen economic factors.
- The company shall be exempted from liability for loss, injury or damage to property or personal Accidents, delay irregularities or the occurrence beyond our control.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the following charges will apply based on the notice period provided: 30 days before (0% of cost) 14-29 days (30% of cost) 07-13 days (50% of cost) 04-06 days (100% of cost). Any cancellations made less than 4 days prior to the start date will result in a full charge of the total booking cost.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by the Client or passengers during the rental period will be charged accordingly.
- In case of cancellation due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of either party (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), neither party shall be held liable, and both parties shall work towards a fair resolution.
- The Client is responsible for the behaviour of all passengers. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or unruly behaviour is strictly prohibited on board.
