  4. The vehicle and passengers are covered by basic insurance. Additional insurance is the responsibility of the client.
  5. We require a 50% deposit to confirm a booking, with full payment due 2 days prior to trip departure, unless other terms are agreed upon.

  6. In accordance with Malaysian tourism regulations, it is mandatory to engage a licensed tour guide for tourist vehicles carrying more than seven (7) passengers. However, if all passengers are Malaysian citizens and the service is strictly for point-to-point transfer, an exemption from hiring a tour guide may be applied for through the proper channels. Please be advised that failure to comply with the above regulations without obtaining the necessary exemption may result in legal action, including a compound of up to RM10,000 and possible court proceedings. While we respect and will adhere to the client’s preference regarding the engagement of a tour guide, kindly note that in the event of enforcement checks or legal action arising from non-compliance, full responsibility will rest with the client/passengers.
  7. In accordance with the regulations set by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC) and the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD), all licensed tour buses are required to be accompanied by a licensed tourist guide, regardless of the nature of the service. However, an exemption may be granted for tour buses transporting domestic tourists, subject to approval by the relevant authorities. The application for such exemption must be submitted through a registered travel agency under MOTAC. A processing fee of RM150.00 will be charged for each exemption request.
    Tourist guide exemptions may be considered for the following categories:
    • Point-to-point transfers that do not involve tourist attractions (e.g., sending passengers to a jetty en route to an island resort);
    • General transfer services for conferences, exhibitions, or corporate crew movement;
    • Religious ceremonies;
    • Weddings;
    • Sporting events;
    • Other reasonable purposes as determined by the Ministry, including bereavement visits, festive occasions, and family visits.
  8. Midnight Surcharge (After 2200pm and Before 0800am): RM 150 for a Bus | Van and RM 100 for Sedan | MPV. (Only applicable for Airport Transfer)
  9. For pick up at KLIA, KLIA 2, Skypark, 1st hour of waiting is free from the arrival of flight time. Subsequent waiting hour will be charged on hourly at RM 50 rate per hour (including excessive waiting time caused by lost luggage, flight delays that are not properly updated by the airline due to uncontrolled circumstances etc). (Only applicable for Airport Transfer)
  10. All prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel costs, or unforeseen economic factors.
  11. All our fleets are disinfection before and after each trip to prevent from any viruses.
  12. The company shall be exempted from liability for loss, injury or damage to property or personal
    Accidents, delay irregularities or the occurrence beyond our control.
  13. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the following charges will apply based on the notice period provided: 30 days before (0% of cost) 14-29 days (30% of cost) 07-13 days (50% of cost) 04-06 days (100% of cost). Any cancellations made less than 4 days prior to the start date will result in a full charge of the total booking cost.
  14. Any damage to the bus caused by the Client or passengers during the rental period will be charged accordingly.
  15. In case of cancellation due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of either party (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), neither party shall be held liable, and both parties shall work towards a fair resolution.
  16. The Client is responsible for the behaviour of all passengers. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or unruly behaviour is strictly prohibited on board the bus.
