Terms & Condition:
*Any extra usage will be charge additionally.
*Price including toll, fuel, and driver and on board passenger insurance and each traveller entitled get 1 bottle of drinking water.
*Additional works or amount will be under a variation order.
*Any cancellation need to inform us in written at least 48 hours before departure. Cancellation fees apply.
*The company shall be exempted from liability for loss, injury or damage to property or personal accidents, delay irregularities or the occurrence beyond our control.
*Per JPJ/APAD regulation, all Van/Bus Persiaran which carry 7 person and above must hire licensed tour guide, unless exemption letter is obtained. Exemption Letter will be charge RM 150 and only can apply for the Transfer services. Exemption of tourist guide is permitted only for tour buses that carry domestic tourists. No exemption of tourist guide is permitted for tour buses that carry foreign tourists except for crew transfer purpose. Application is to be made through a formal letter by the tour agency.
