Can We Do Without Tourist Guide Services?
Tourist Guide Services is COMPULSORY for All DESTINATION Tours as per TOURISM MALAYSIA Regulation. However. Guests could apply for EXEMPTION of Tourist Guide from Tourism Ministry Malaysia if It’s a MEETING / CONVENTION / SPORTS events Involving Malaysian Only for a POINT TO POINT Transfer.

Are We Covered with TRAVEL INSURANCE traveling in your buses?
ITS Part Of Government Requirement that ALL Buses is insured under THIRD Party Risk Insurance before allowing to travel on road Guests could actually Purchase another “ TRAVEL INSURANCE “ which also cover you when you are OFF the Bus during a TRAVELING.
What If Bus Breakdown halfway journey?
Bus operator will REPAIR or REPLACE a bus if beyond simple repair work. A Reasonable waiting time for REPAIR or REPLACEMENT is requested.
Can I revise my schedule or itinerary?
You can make the changes 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, the acceptance of the revision will still depend on the availability of the buses.
What happens if my plane is early or late arriving?
Jay C Tours Sdn Bhd continuously updates all flight arrival times prior to landing. We arrive when you arrive, no matter whether your plane arrives early or late, so long as you are provided the correct flight number.
How much time do I have to meet the Chauffeur on my Airport Transfer Reservation?
Jay C Tours Sdn Bhd provides 60 minutes (90 minutes for International Arrivals requiring customs clearance) of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage.
If you are delayed after landing, please remember to call us. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within 60 minutes (90 minutes for International Arrivals) of your plane landing we will consider you a “no-show” and you will be charged in full for the reservation or waiting hour.
Can I instruct the Chauffeur to take a scenic route to my hotel from the Airport?
Jay C Tours Sdn Bhd Airport Transfer rates are based on a point-to-point transfer and your Chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route in order to provide you the most expedient service.
If you would prefer the Chauffeur use a specific route, we are happy to accommodate you. For such cases, our hourly rates and minimums will apply, plus applicable fees.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are accepted by email (jaycgroups@yahoo.com) and Office phone (Tel: +60163626294) only. Urgent after-hour changes can be made mobile phone (Tel: +60163626294).
For vehicles online bookings, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged the full reservation amount, cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the reservation amount, cancellations made within 96 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 30% of the reservation amount, while cancellations made after 96 hours of scheduled service time will be charged 5% of the reservation amount.
No-shows will be charged the full reservation fare.
What is your Change Policy?
Jay C Tours Sdn Bhd requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service time (at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time for events). If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation, you will be charged in full for the order.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes, a detailed receipt will be sent to you via email after the job is completed.
Do we need to give a tip / gratuity to the driver?
No. Any tip / gratuity is voluntary. If you feel the service is very good and would like to give a tip. Any tip is at the clients’ sole discretion.
How far in advance should I place my reservation?
Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times. This is especially important if major trade shows are in town.
